Leon is a veteran point guard who can assist by occasion at the off guard spot as well at both ends of the floor. Has made tremendous steps in his development as a player throughout the last couple of seasons. Physical defender, both on and off the ball who has excellent strength and good lateral foot speed. Combines a strong drive to the basket with a good outside shot, also from behind the arc. Aggressive player overall who has shown nice leadership at his natural position. Floor leader with nice upside and potential. Was with the Dutch National Team in 2015 which competed in the European Championships (group games are in Zagreb). Did extend his contract with Gottingen after having a good first season (2016-'17) in the German Bundesliga. After finding a mutual agreement in Spain, he signed for DH SUNS in de DBL and did very well for himself before signing with DONAR/Groningen until the summer of 2023. Won the Serie C Championship in Italy to move up to the A-2 in June 2024 with Livorno 1947.
